Ethical reporting channel - Whistleblowing
We are committed to acting honestly, responsibly, and ethically.
Report any suspected misconduct or breach of our policies confidentially
We strive to foster an open, transparent culture, and as part of ensuring this, we have implemented an ethical reporting channel, also known as a Whistleblowing channel. The establishment of this channel is based on the law effective in Finland as of January 1, 2023, which is grounded in the EU’s Whistleblower Directive (EU 2019/1937).
Through the ethical reporting channel, our employees, clients, and other stakeholders can confidentially raise concerns regarding suspected misconduct or policy violations for internal investigation.
The ethical reporting channel is managed by an external service provider and is not part of our company’s website or intranet. Reports can be submitted electronically and anonymously. Instructions for using the reporting channel can be found at https://www.juuriharja.fi/en/for-whistleblower-faq
After submitting a report, further communication will take place through the channel. The information you provide will be processed by our company’s CEO. The name of the reporter will not be disclosed, and there will be no repercussions for submitting a report. Data handling follows data protection principles, and you can request further information regarding data processing by contacting Mika Neuvonen at +358 40 1559 541 or via email. Our email addresses follow the format firstname.lastname(@)alupro.com.
The reporting channel we use is available at https://www.firstwhistle.fi/alupro##
Reports may also be submitted through the centralized external reporting channel of the Office of the Chancellor of Justice of the Government of Finland. You can read more about whistleblower protection on the Finnish Chancellor of Justice’s website.
